CREW BIOGRAPHIES

Kimberly O’Neill – Editor

Kimberly O’Neill is an award winning Video Editor with a passion for storytelling. She began her career in corporate video production, rolling the teleprompter for the on-camera talent. She quickly moved into an Associate Producer position at PBS for the weekly television series, “Georgia Outdoors” where she received two Emmy awards as a Producer, Editor and Videographer. She soon became devoted to video editing and over the course of her career she has told stories for clients such as NBC Sports, ESPN, ABC, Fox Sports and The Weather Channel editing scripted and non-scripted features, commercials and live productions. Using social media, Kim has helped create fun promotions for “Caffeine and Octane” and Holiday by Atria Retirement Homes. Most recently, Kim’s credits include Story and Video Editor on the award-winning documentary, “Just.One.Mile”, Senior Editor for the National TV series, “Small Town Big Deal” and Senior Editor on the feature film, “Five Date Rule.”

Originally from Buffalo, NY, Kim is a graduate of the SUNY Fredonia Communication program. She is a Mom, a scuba diver lifelong fan of the Buffalo Bills. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two sons.

 

Tom Chartrand – Director of Photography

Tom Chartrand is an independent video producer, digital cinematographer and accomplished editor as well as an FAA certified UAS pilot. As Shoreline Media Productions, Tom has nearly 30 years of experience producing commercials and web video content for numerous Cape businesses and nonprofits. He also works nationally with KPMG on Phil Mickelson and Stacy Lewis golf events, nationally syndicated shows like “Small Town, Big Deal” and Emmy Award winning video content for the Iditarod Dog-Sled Race. A 3rd generation Cape Codder, Tom grew up in Orleans, raised his family near the ocean and loves Nauset Beach, kayaking, a good espresso and a delicious IPA.

 

Ed Coughlin – Associate Producer

Ed Coughlin has 30+ years’ experience in local, national and international television production. Following concurrent 4 year Editor and Producer positions with CNN and CBS, Coughlin spent twenty years with Chet Burks Productions(CBP) as a Producer, Production Manager and Executive Producer where he created more than 500 non-scripted programs (Cafe Racer. Naked Speed, What’s in the Barn), live and docu-series for ESPN, Discovery Communications and FOX. In 2008 he played a critical role in launching the start-up network Mav-TV and served as their Senior Executive Producer of Production and Development for 8 years. His commercial clients while at CBP included Siemens, Michelin, Coca-Cola, Rolex and Porsche.

In 2016 Coughlin started Cognitive Production & Development, LLC and assumed the Senior Executive producer’s role. His first project was to develop, distribute and produce a new automotive series for client High Octane Events. Caffeine & Octane debuted on Discovery Communication’s Velocity Channel later that year. The highly successful series will begin production for season 7 this October on Discovery’s MotorTrend Network. National sponsors, helped secured by Coughlin and organically integrated in series, include Capital One, Home Depot/Husky, NAPA, and Hagerty Insurance. Coughlin is active in his community, producing PSA’s, social content and documentaries for The Haven House, A Friend’s House, Wells for Hope and Youth Leadership Henry. He has won several Emmy awards.
